IMMO was established in 2017 to transform the long-broken housing market into being equitable, safe and accountable. To do this, we buy, renovate, rent & manage residential property.

Of all those things we do, our biggest service is owning and managing high quality, safe and eco-optimised rental properties in and around key cities through Europe. We're an English company that has operated in Germany and Spain for many years and are now building our presence in the UK.

Why did we start the company?

Our founders joined forces to reset expectations in residential real estate by showcasing high standards through positive, transparent transactions for all parties, at scale. Yep, it’s a mouthful, but we mean it!

Having a place to live is a basic human need and yet old European cities’ homes are often managed with very old standards and laws. If you are a tenant, this probably means that even if you are paying a fair rent, the rental contract and your property quality often don’t reflect that. Or, if you are wanting to buy or sell a property, ambiguity throughout the process is a massive challenge…
